musicated / radio show
d3ep radio network
You can check me out every other Saturday on d3ep radio as of Dec 28th, hosting a brand new show dedicated to the musically educated.
Musicated will focus on the development of the music we sometimes take for granted. It will follow the journeys of these incredible genres and highlight their pivotal moments.
New innovative dance music will also be showcased of course. It's all about the movement.
Eric Martin’s contribution to the growth of house music as a global phenomenon is undeniable. Starting as a programmer for Zomba/Jive Records, Eric came to fame as an original member of the seminal ’90s House act Technotronic, co-writing their classic “Pump Up The Jam” The Album – which sold over 14 million copies worldwide.
His musicianship and stage skills have also seen him release two hip-hop projects as Me-One, working alongside legends of the genre, such as The Roots and Guru. Equally at home with reggae and blues, Eric (as Me One) has written and produced for Maxi Priest, Capleton and Jeff Beck among others.
As a DJ, Eric brings classic flavored house sounds to crowds across the world. His DJ sets fuse timeless classics with recent floor-fillers, which are manipulated on a bespoke DJ set up to great effect. His unique blend of turntable-ism, live sequencing and mic skills ensure that his DJ sets stand out from the rest.
